A keen observer can easily see that the relationship between Scotland and England are drifting apart. All over England there is a greater frequency of displays of the Cross of St. George, whilst in Scotland, the Union Jack is rarely seen, being replaced the the St. Andrews cross. IN terms of early warning signals, the signs are there. I am also seeing more frequent stories in the news about their drifting Scotland and England drifting apart . Such events could give us hope. I also know that in some theological circles, a case can be made for one of Daniel’s visions mentioning the break-up of the United States after a military clash in Persia (ironic?). Since my purpose is not a theological one, I will not belabour that point, leaving that to the theologians.

I was also doing research last night and came across some interesting photos. Many I had never seen before. This one is of soldiers digging trenches along the border with Mexico. That once was the US, but now longer is.The south could return to the values and lifestyle it once had, with secure borders, respect for property and freedom of speech/religion.
