By their fruits ye shall know them.

I was somewhat surprised when I read the article about how the Empire is claiming the right to seize and kidnap British subjects for financial crimes in the Empire. The audacity of making such a claim is par for the course for the Empire. The British courts have not recognized this authority even though the Empire is asserting it exists. It is noteworthy that the Empire is the only nation that expects its citizens to pay income tax, even when they are under foreign jurisdiction. Think about the ramifications. The government views us as chattel. We are viewed as their property. We are not viewed as independent agents, we are subjects that they continue to claim. Even on the income tax forms, we can only claim dependents until they are 18. When we are citizens, the empire claims us beyond that. Now they want to lay claim to British subjects who run afoul of US financial laws!

Note also what the precedent goes back to…the 1860’s. Coincidence? The Yankee mindset of the 1860’s ruined the structure of government, the Constitution and Law from that time on. The beast was a monster back in the 1860’s and the monster has not changed its stripes. I used the phrase, “By their fruits ye shall know them” to point out that the although the Union freed the slaves on paper, they made all the citizens into subjects. They actually expanded the concept of slavery to include anyone born in the States. When we are seen as chattel they can collect payment from no matter what jurisdiction we are in, then we are not free men, we are possessions. When the government believes it has a right to arrest British subjects living in Britain for violations of financial laws, the government has the attitude of a slave-holding empire. I wonder if the Supremes will consider a new international Dred Scott case?
