Border Observations

My recent trip to the border brought many interesting observations. Many times people miss information because they are not noticing what is in plain sight.  Some of the items in plain site.

1. At the Border Patrol Checkpoint, an Empire flag was flying and beneath it was the Customs Pennant Banner. Seeing the sight reminded me of the scene at the takeover of the Branch Davidian compound in Texas, where after the ATF assaulted and burned the compound, they raised the empire flag and their banner (shaped more like a pennant). Not a Texas flag in sight, it was all the empire. Although they were physically checking the autos traveling in one direction, those going the other direction were monitored through various electronic devices set up along both sides of the highway.

2. At the border, many cameras were in use. Any cars crossing the border were recorded and searched. The license plates of both front and back of the vehicle were recorded as well.

3. The flags flying at the border crossing were the empire flag, the departmental flag and the civil flag (aka Customs flag). The Customs flag is one that many people are not familiar with.

4. On crossing the border, rather than the usual questions about having anything to declare regarding alcohol or tobacco products, they instead asked whether or not I was bringing across any medications. With the proliferation of pharmacies across the border the importation of medication is becoming big business. Since the border guards carry out the policies of the regime, this represents what is considered important by the regime. Perhaps the biggest threat to the empire is cheap medications rather than finding terrorists?

Global Warming Myth

I saw this article and chuckled. First the regime buys into the unscientific global warming hysteria. The regime and its patsies in CONgress take steps to force us to comply with their wackiness, including Lloyd Doggett’s support of cap and trade (along with Gene Green, Shiela Jackson Lee, Al Green, Rueben Hinojosa, and Charlie Gonzales) . These CONgress Critters essentially said, they do not care about Texas farmers and Texas businesses (unless they are green oriented). Mind you that the Cap and Trade, (more like bait and switch swindles of the past) is on top of Lloyd Doggett’s prominent role in wanting to take away our incandescent light bulbs. It makes no never mind to such high minded people. Even though the Texas Farm Bureau has spoken out on Cap and Trade, Doggett, whose 25th Congressional District includes rural counties of Gonzales, Hays, Guadalupe Counties and others disregards the needs of the rurals in favor of the liberal supporters in Austin and Washington. The support of these Congress Critters insures that Texas is one of the top 10 wost hit by cap and trade.

Now the regime is panicking because tree farmers could potentially make money by planting trees instead of farming. With the carbon incentives, trees are used to offset carbon. Dang! With too many trees, the nation may not have to succumb to crazed rationing ideas.  The regime is realising that they have routinely put policy ahead of people. They have sold their principles and the people in order to gain acceptance in global circles.

We need representation that focuses on the concern of Texans. We need legislators that are concerned about Texas farmers and Texas businesses, rather than foreign governments and businesses. We need representatives that have their hearts in Texas, not in Washington.

“The System Worked”

In the aftermath of the most recent jihadi attack, Janet Napolitano is credited with saying that “the system worked”. Rather than assume that she is mistaken in her comments, let us assume that she is telling the truth. Although it is a novel idea that the regime tells the truth, let us consider that. If the system ‘worked’, the question arises as to what is the system designed to accomplish?

The jihadi attack perpetrator ( Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab) was on the watch list, was a Mohammedean, his father had alerted authorities as to his concerns, he was barred from entering Britain and he did not have a passport.

Bear in mind the head of the regime has made it policy that when such differences arise, the empire is to “respect’ those who are different(”We will be respectful even when we do not agree. -from Obama’s speech to Turkey). This is the kind of leadership and change that the regime is wanting. With that in mind, the system ‘worked’. Umar was respected and allowed to endanger the citizens on the flight, even though the safeguards indicated he should not be flying. Napolitano said “the system worked” and the federal authorities would not lie to us.

We need a government that governs, not “a system” that works. Although the Constitution gives the federal government certain responsibilities, they choose to abrogate those duties and instead force a take over of the health and financial portions of the economy, extending the reach of federal control way beyond its legal limits. The system works.

The system worked when the Fort Hood terrorist attack took place. The system worked as the investigation into that attack has still not occurred. The system worked as more are put out of employment. The system worked as the head of the regime commits the bankrupt empire to supporting third world nations. The system is working and that is a problem.

Although Napolitano went on to say that “there is no evidence of a wider terrorist plot.”  The commonalities of ’sudden jihad syndrome’ is common to both the Fort Hood and airline attacks. The perpetrators were brought down by common citizens, NOT the system, the protections provided by the system did not work in either situation, the perpetrators shared common beliefs and there were early warnings on both. Although I see connections, I am not the ‘trained expert’ that Napolitano is, so my observations may be in error (he says sarcastically). NOTE:Npolitano stated that for the purposes of the administration “there is no evidence of a wider terrorist plot”. This means that the regime does not want to acknowledge a connection, NOT that such a connection does not exists. Already Representative Pete Hoekstra has found some common links in the attacks. His link consists of an imam that was common to both men (Hmmmmm……religion of peace..Hmmmm).

The same regime that allowed these attacks is the one that wants more control of your life, lifestyle and children.

Lessons from Detroit

Although little is heard of LBJ’s model cities program (aka,  Demonstration Cities and Metropolitan Development Act of 1966)  the fruit of that program is very visible in Detroit. Detroit is a city where government policy was allowed to run rampant. This video on Detroit does an excellent job of showing the fruit of big government and government interference in local economies.  It shows what government did to a city with the blessings of the people who continued electing officials who were bent on the give-away mentality and believed in trusting the federal government for more. Now apply that to the government takeover of the financial industry and the health care industry (once again, due in large part to ACORN and those who elected the traitors who are selling out America).

If it was not heart breaking to see a city in ruins, there is more. If you are one of those who asked, “What else could go wrong?” Detroit has also answered that question. Now that the city is in ruins, Mohammedeans have filled the vacuum and are now calling for a separate Islamic State. This is not a call for a new nation, but rather they want the combination of Mohammedean laws and federal funds.

Merry Christmas!

Here at the Texas League of the South, there is no watering down what Christmas is about. It is the time of year that we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. In our culture, this has traditionally been a time of celebration, joy and worship. When our armies were in the field, they worshiped the Savior. When our men were at home, there was celebration.

Those celebrations often included egg nog and having a good time. Southrons were serious when it was time to be serious and light hearted when it was time to be so. They enjoyed the life which the Lord gave them. They gave us a godly heritage. The question we face is whether or not we will pass it on to posterity. Our enemies have often worked against us. The Union made Bibles contraband. They counterfeited our currency. They blockaded our ports from necessary medical and critical supplies. The enemy hated us then, they hated our Christianity then and they continue to do so.

The enemy often goes to both extremes. They either want us to be somber in our religious observances and treat them like a dirge or they want to discard Jesus from the celebration. Whether the enemy worships moon gods, the gods of death, mass murderers or even themselves, they dislike our joy, worship and celebration.

I wish you all a joyous Christmas. Enjoy your family, your worship time and your egg nog.

Merry Christmas to all!

Hate Speech from the ‘open minded’

The news is filled with stories of interest to Texians. Rather than have a series of posts, I figgured that a post mentionin’ these events would be of more use.

1. The talking head, Chris Matthews  has made the audacious claim that the republican party has gone from the party of Lincoln to the party of the Confederacy. I disagree with him on this. The republicans have a LONG way to go before they represent the values of the Confederacy.  The reality is that the republicans are getting more in tune with traditional values of the people rather than the big money interests. The democratic party has gone too far to the left to appeal to the people any more.

The republicans have not protected States Rights, they have not ended forced servitude (e.g. the draft), they have not protected our borders and they have not kept us out of imperialistic wars. I suspect that Matthews is attempting to demonise the republicans by attaching the label ‘confederates’ to them.

2. Senator Whitehouse of Rhode Island (a state with a reputation for out of touch politics) likens those who oppose the government take over of health care to ‘birthers’, militia groups and aryan groups. In essence he is demonising those who oppose the take over. His demonising labels opposition as ‘extreme’. In thinking through this one, bear in mind that the birther issue and the militia issue hearken back to holding the administration accountable to the Constitution. By maligning such action, he is actually admitting that his policies are extreme and not aligned with the Constitutional basis of his authority as a Senator.

When the Senators resort to name calling, it shows an immature level of debate and reveals his true awareness of how out of touch his party is concerning the issues and the values of the people. He does not care what the people think. He and his colleagues are gonna do what they please.

3. In Texas, a great deal is being made about Farouk Shami running for governor. Bear in mind that he is a democrat from Palestine. I wonder what Palestinians know about Texas politics and Texas culture. His campaign slogan is “It’s not business as usual”. It certainly won’t be. Can you imagine how those murdering bastards who commit honor killings will behave once a Palestinian is elected Governor? Or how about the terrorist attacks like the one at Fort Hood? Will having a Palestinian in office improve that situation? His supporters claim that Texas needs to be more open minded. The kind of open mindedness that leads to honor killings and terror attacks on Texas soil is not what is needed. BTW, they now have a new term, “Sudden Jihad Syndrome” to address the terrorist attack at Fort Hood. Shami may be a good businessman and have saavy in that area. Part of the problem is culture. How will he be perceived by sudden jihadi candidates?I guess part of open mindedness is that some people believe that we need to ‘accept’ a third world mentality that terrorism is acceptable and that honor killings are acceptable and that sharia law is acceptable. If that is their definition of open mindedness, Texas does not need it.

4. While the campaign for governor continues progressing, there are writers who are equating secession with hate. The new equation of secession=hate is being promoted as a way to change the debate.  The liberal media want to have ‘civility’ in the debates. If all the name calling that the democrats have done so far when they are held accountable is any indication, they are far from being civil or even mature. They do not want honest debate on secession and how to make it work. They do not want Constitutional limits on their power. They do not want accountability.

Ghoultide celebrations at the Obama’s

Under the present regime, Jesus has been removed from the Christmas celebrations at the White House. If that was not disturbing enough, consider what they replace Jesus with. The Holiday Tree (can’t very well call it Christmas without Christ ya’ know) contains ornaments of Chairman Mao, a transvestite and the head of the regime with his head at Mount Rushmore. If that is the kind of heroes which Malia and Natasha are raised with, it says a great deal about their parents. Although the regime claims to champion the cause of women, the images of women portrayed by a transvestite and a womanizing mass murderer does not convey acceptance of one’s femininity and equality.

The only logic I can see is that both Chairman Mao and the tyrant Lincoln (on Mount Rushmore) were both mass murderers. Mao was also a womanizer who married his cousin. It strikes me weird that the person who brought salvation to mankind is rejected while someone who killed millions and was disloyal to his wives is accepted. There is something dreadfully wrong with this picture.

Honouring a mass murdering womanizer is creepy to say the least. There seems to be a fetish about holding up mass murderers as role models in the Obama home. (Bear in mind his admiration for Nelson Mandela, who was responsible for a terrorist bombing in South Africa. Mandela was also on the terrorist list until Condalezza Rice insisted he be removed). The admiration of the terrorist Mandela and mass murderin’ Mao is unhealthy. Such admiration shows a mindset that reveres death and destruction. It is sickening that Mandela is now being touted as a ‘good guy’ in Hollywood’s latest propaganda.

Admiring mass murderers is unhealthy to say the least. It indicates a necrophiliac mindset (in addition to the head of the regime’s narcissism).  Perhaps this is part of having a mother-in-law who practices voodoo living with you. Whatever the cause, such practices indicate a way of thinking that loves and desires death. it is no wonder that the death panels are part of the regime’s health care plan along with the STRONG support of abortion. It is also not very surprising that the regime ordered a military strike on Yemen.

Remember the rule-Look at what they DO, NOT what they say.

In the case of the Obama family rituals, the admiration of bombers, killers, and perverts is how they celebrate. So the next time you see them presented as a ‘wholesome’ family and having family values, remember that this is the regime that celebrates ghouls rather than the lamb that takes away the sins of the world.

When Jefferson Davis was in office, there were no apologies for his Christianity. The holidays were a celebration of the birth of Christ. The regime may talk of worn out arguments and values, yet they have yet to provide anything better.

That’s a lot of bullets!

The empire has negotiated a contract with Winchester to purchase 200 million rounds of .40 cal handgun ammuntion.  Bear in mind that for comparison the population of the empire is 300 million. This contract amounts to enough ammo to kill off 2/3 of the population. This amounts to a significant amount of firepower. Although the border patrol has been identified as the recipients of the purchase, given the regime’s lack of enforcement policies, it is questionable that they would be seriously using the ammo, and that it will be used for other purposes.

Peace spreads in Middle East

The winner of the Nobel PEACE Prize has decided to spread ‘peace’ further into the middle east. The nation of Yemen has now been included in the list of nations who have experienced “Obama peace”. Yesterday orders were given to fire multiple cruise missiles at the nation. Since it would be politically incorrect to call them Christmas presents, the head of the regime has instead given EID presents to the tiny nation.

Since he is officially a peacemaker, he did not commit an act of war, but of spreading ‘peace’ In a true Orwellian double talk, this act occurred less than a week after accepting the Nebel PEACE prize. He has now made a mockery of the Nobel Prize committee, the US CONGress, the American People and the United States. In keeping with his pattern of atrocities, initially, he denied any involvement in this action.

Instead of all this crazy double talk, we need sanity.

The Orwellian Regime

In another example of Orwellian speak, the “job stimulus” has done just the opposite. In Texas, the latest numbers from a House Committee is that we have lost 147,000 jobs.  Under the leadership of Silvestre Reyes, Gene Green, Lloyd Doggett, Shelia Jackson Lee, and others, we have gone the opposite direction of what was needed.

This is the regime that has accepted Peace rewards when they escalate wars. They deny threatening a Senator, yet threaten the American people with bankruptcy. They claim their health care does not cover criminal immigrants, but then made sure it did.  This regime promotes ’sexual deviancy’ as normal to children living in the empire. To make it worse, those fighting against the perverted material are deemed as ‘undermining democracy’. How does that one grab ya’?

How about CONgress claiming to care about the environment, then its Speaker of the House demands her own jet which she uses making unnecessary trips at tax payer expense. Her traveling eats up more money than all those light bulbs they banned.

The policies of the regime are bizarre to say the least. What makes it worse are that there are some who blindly defend the regime and support its weirdness. I was appalled at the reactions I saw on a website where the question was posed concerning why people did not like the regime’s policies, and the responses they received. The supporters blindly support the policies and disregard any information that casts dispersions.

We need common sense. We need people to mean what they say and say what they mean.
