In the early 20th century in Texas, whenever the empire wanted to stir up angst at either Mexico or Germany, the infamous Zimmerman telegram was used to stir up sentiments which the empire used to manipulate people into taking up arms. In recent days, a series of threats of al-quaida having planted nuclear devices has surfaced. Hand written letters from the Chicago area have shown up in Florida, Texas, Oregon and Illinois claiming that 160 nuclear devices have been planted in various places (schools, stadiums, churches, stores and government buildings).
It remains to be seen how such letters will be used by the regime to justify their actions in Libya. The timing of the letters arriving when the Obama regime’s popularity is declining, and they are in need of justification of involvement in Libya is just too co-incidental. It is also too co-incidental that as radioactive fallout from Japan is now reaching the empire that al-quida is reportedly threatening to use nuclear devices here. (I guess it will give a convenient excuse for the higher radiation levels).
Recall that the average IQ of the people in those nations that man al-quida is not anywhere near what is needed to handle, much less operate nuclear devices like these threats convey.
In my mind, the modern threat reminds me a lot of the Zimmermen Telegram threats in terms of the timing and impact.
Now is a time we need to think instead of react.
