The theologian Oswald Chambers once observed that you can tell a person’s priorities by what they spend their time and money on. This observation also holds true regarding regimes. This week, the empire showed its priorities again by taking down sport streaming websites along with sports merchandise sellers. This is during a time when the regime is mired down in the Fast and Furious gun running operation, where they sold guns to drug lords. Apparently it is more important to protect the pocketbooks of the Hollywood and television executives than it is to protect American citizens by having a secure border.

There was also the hissy fit thrown over the Susan G. Komen Foundation wanting to pull funding for Planned Parenthood. The foundation had concerns over how Planned Parenthood did not do mammograms. Since they were not directly doing anything to prevent breast cancer, the foundation raised concerns about it. This led to a massive outcry in Mordor on the Potomac, where they pitched a fit over it. Even though it is a private foundation, the federal busybodies overstepped their authority and meddled by speaking out against the possible de-funding. All those throwing the hissy fit were Democratic Sinators. It seems that the murder-loving monsters of the empire want abortion <del datetime="2012-02-04T15:43:44+00:00">murder</del> on demand and are willing to fight for abortion <del datetime="2012-02-04T15:43:44+00:00">murder</del> on demand. This is the priority of the Sinators in Mordor.

Here is a list of those wanting abortion <del datetime="2012-02-04T15:43:44+00:00">murder</del> on demand.

Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J.,
Patty Murray, D-Was.,
Barbara Mikulski, D-Md.,
Barbara Boxer, D-Calif.,
Maria Cantwell, D-Wash.,
Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.,
Robert Menendez, D-N.J., R
on Wyden, D-Ore.,
Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn.,
Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H.,
Mark Begich, D-Alaska,
Jeff Merkley, D-Ore.,
Jon Tester, D-Mont.,
Daniel Akaka, D-Hawaii,
Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.,
Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio,
Patrick Leahy, D-Vt.,
Max Baucus, D-Mont.,
Ben Cardin, D-Md.,
Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.,
Al Franken, D-Minn,
John Kerry, D-Mass.,
Claire McCaskill,D-MO.,
Debbie Stabenow, D-MI.,
Chris Coons, D-DE.,
Jeff Bingaman D-NM.

Is it any surprise that 14 of the 26 are from Yankee States? It is also no surprise that they are all Democrats.

The priorities of the empire are showing. Protecting the pockets of their donors and murder on demand. The corruption of the Yankee empire is clear by their priorities. These Senators did not express concern about Mammograms. They were not concerned about breast cancer. No, they want abortions to continue without interruption. Rather than pressure Planned Parenthood to offer mammograms, they do the opposite. Bear in mind, this is the same Planned Parenthood founded by Margret Sanger who said,

“We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population,” she said, “if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

“A woman’s physical satisfaction was more important than any marriage vow”.

The purpose in promoting birth control was “to create a race of thoroughbreds,”

“More children from the fit, less from the unfit — that is the chief aim of birth control.”

“The most merciful thing that a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.”

Rather than distance itself from its founder, Marget Sanger, Planned Parenthood continues in its mission aided and abetted by Sinators who promote the Planned Parenthood ideals.

Instead of the empire supporting such monsters, we need liberty and truth. We need to see the truth about what the empire views as its priorities.

In the 1920’s, when the Ft. Worth pastor J. Frank Norris spoke out, people listened. He was not ashamed of his Christian faith or his Southern roots. He was also not intimidated by those who opposed him. His courage inspired many in his generation to take stands on the issues of his day. He spoke out from the pulpit on the issues of his day. He named names and took stands, including announcing who owned the houses of prostitution in the city. He was particularly known for his Sunday night preaching, where he delivered sermons such as “The Ten Biggest Devils in Ft. Worth–Names Included.”

His preaching turned the city of Fort Worth and the South around. There were also strong reactions as fires were set at his home and church. Those events did not slow him down, and he continued in his work.

When I read about Norris, I often wonder what he would say about the first lady putting in an appearance in his beloved Fort Worth. She will be there launching a new meddling program at one of the olive garden restaurants, as she tries telling people what to eat. She will also be doing this on our taxpayer monies.

This is a woman who cavorts with abortionists, unveils federal rules and programs she was behind, (bear in mind that SHE was not elected to office; She is not to make policy) , and keeps her voodoo practicing mother in the White House.

In Norris’ day, a woman who spent millions of taxpayer dollars on vacations, enacted illegal legislation, pushed her husband to promote illegal legislation (Obamacare), keeping a voodoo practicing mother around, and cavorting with abortionist killers would not be seen in a good light. What was wickedness in one generation is now promoted by the press and politicians as ‘acceptable”. I suspect that if Norris was still around, he would have to expand his list of devils in Fort Worth.

We need men and leaders like Norris, who were not afraid to speak out on the issues of their day. Norris took stands for his family, his beliefs and culture. In the past three years, we have seen the government take over healthcare, financial institutions and the automobile giants. They are now in the process of taking over food production and other areas of our lives.

We need to remember men like J Frank Norris who took firm stands. We often extol Robert E. Lee, Jefferson Davis, Stonewall Jackson and others of their generation. We need to remember that every generation has its devils that hate Southern culture and values. We need to remember those who stand up in their generations in the struggle which we are a part of.

Instead of fawning over the dresses and galas attended by such public persons, we need to examine their values. We need to consider what they are promoting. If it is opposed to Southern values, it is not in our best interest. Unconstitutional laws such as Obamacare, unconstitutional policies (like her lunch programs), cavorting with murderers, and welcoming voodoo practitioners are not in keeping with Southern values. Spending millions of taxpayer dollars on trips is not in keeping with Southern values either. Instead of welcoming such persons to Texas, we need to take a page from the J Frank Norris book and speak out against it.

When Joseph D. Sayers served as Governor of Texas, the State went through its share of disasters. This former commander of the Val Verde Battery made it a point of not asking for federal aid when Texas went through the flood of 1899. In that flood, the Brazos River overflowed after there was a massive 17-inches of rain. The damage was extreme and severe. In responding to the flood, the cities and citizens of Texas took care of their own. This is a far cry from the mindset of today when the empire has thousands dependent on its funds. Even when disasters strike, the call often quickly goes out for the feds to assist. That is not the way it has always been. It is only a recent phenomena. This is striking contrast to how the leader of the current regime (which has seen no military service) when speaking at the University of Michigan incited the students claiming that others needed to pay for their education. Not only should others pay for it, they should pay MORE for it. Those OTHERS include the people across the nation paying the bill for students attending the University of Michigan. It is not our responsibility to take care of Michigan’s education. It is not the responsibility of Texas to underwrite those promoting alien values and from other States above one’s own.

We need more leaders like Joseph Sayers who championed self-reliance rather than federal dependencies like the current regime does. Let us remember those who went before and stood for principle and taking care of Texas.

Although the outpouring of support for SOPA was nice to see in terms of standing up to the empire, a great deal of it is show. With increasing frequency, government reviewers have begun sending notices to ISP’s regarding information on websites, blogs, etc. that are not in keeping with the regime’s agenda. The main focus at this time is health care information. If you share information about vitamins, natural food, vaccines or other health items that are not in keeping with what they consider the ‘public health’, notices are being sent to the ISP’s requesting the information or site be shut down. Although this is one of the items that people did not want to occur with SOPA, the reality is that the regime is behaving as if SOPA had been passed already.

Whether or not such a purge is legal, it has begun. The nazi regime were sticklers for ‘health’ related items and it seems that this regime is following the Nazi playbook in this area.

With this in mind, I am including in this post, some of the pages I authored on health items. If you have favorite health sites, take note of them now, for the information will likely be pulled or restricted in the future. Being well-informed is a major part of securing a free people. We need access to information to make informed decisions on raw milk, vitamins, vaccines and other issues. In writing my latest history, I was struck by how one of the first things Yankee invaders did in Louisiana was enforcing the population to be vaccinated, even though many of the vaccines they used were intentionally contaminated. This is not from the modern pages, but it could be as seen by the Tuskeegee syphilis studies, the regimes medical research in Guatemala. This occurred in 1864 and the regime has not changed much.

Too Many Vaccines?

The Problem with multiple vaccines

There is growing concern among parents regarding the number of vaccines that children now receive. Children are required by government schools to have completed the required vaccines prior to enrolling in school. The list of required vaccines continues rising, along with the costs. The number of vaccines raises concerns about safety and reasons for the large numbers of vaccines.

To put the situation in perspective consider that about one hundred years ago, children received a single vaccine for smallpox. Over time, the number of vaccines increased to five, which was about forty five years ago. These five vaccines were for diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough), tetanus, polio, and smallpox. In the past forty years the number doubles to where today’s children receive 11 routine vaccines. Many of the vaccines are in the form of multiple shots.
Many parents are ‘in the dark’ concerning knowing how many antigens their children are exposed to in the ever increasing number of recommended vaccinations.
Many parents are ‘in the dark’ concerning knowing how many antigens their children are exposed to in the ever increasing number of recommended vaccinations.
Increasing costs of vaccines

In the early 1980’s the cost to immunize a child with the required vaccines was $75 to $100. Not only has the number of vaccines doubled, the cost has more than doubled. Presently the cost of obtaining the recommended vaccines is about $1,250. Even accounting for inflation, the increase in cost is dramatic. The cost is about to become more for teenage girls. The vaccination that reportedly protects against cervical cancer costs about $360 for a three dose series, which raises the total for the vaccines to about $1600. Although the number of shots has been reduced, the combination shots make it difficult to trace down which shot children are experiencing a reaction to when there are side effects.

Number of Antigens Children are exposed to

Part of the reason for the increased costs is that many of these vaccinations are for multiple antigens. (An antigen is a compound which when introduced into your body stimulates your immune system to produce chemical substances called ‘anti-bodies’. These antibodies are instructed to either kill or neutralize any substance they consider a ‘threat’.)

The combination shots increase the cost of the vaccines. One of the reasons for the combo shots is an effort to reduce the number of physical injections the child receives. In terms of the number of chemicals injected into the developing bodies of children is amazing. . When a girl receives all doses of all the recommended vaccines, the number of antigens received is 156 in the form of 45 shots. Boys, on the other hand receive 144 vaccine antigens in about 42 injections.

The government recommends many vaccinations. The required vaccinations include: hepatitis A and B; inactivated poliovirus (IPV); rotavirus; haemophilus influenzae Type B (Hib); measles, mumps, rubella (MMR); pneumococcal conjugate (PCV); varicella (chickenpox); influenza; and diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis (DTaP). In addition, there is Tdap — tetanus diphtheria and acellular pertussis vaccine and meningitis vaccine (MCV4) for those entering high school.

Vaccine Reactions

Researches have documented reactions to the pertussis and chicken pox vaccines. The danger with the chicken pox is that many of those vaccinated develop shingles within 10 years of the vaccination.

Vaccination has been cited as one of the ten greatest public health achievements of the 20th century. However, it doesn’t require an advanced degree in science to grasp that the public health accolades, celebrating high vaccination rates and low infection rates, have lead to serious health consequences across the globe. Among those consequences are biological reactions to vaccine ingredients. Vaccine ingredients seem to be playing a substantial role in some of today’s health problems.

Sometimes it is the additives to the vaccines that create problems rather than the vaccines themselves. Gelatin, one of many ingredients often used has been documented to cause allergies and asthma. Vaccines known to contain gelatin include chickenpox, MMR, Boostrix (a pertussis booster for teens), Tripedia (DTaP) and Zostrix which is the vaccine used for adult shingles.

Formaldehyde is another dangerous additive. It is used to inactivate some of the bacteria in the vaccines. It has also been found to interrupt the normal function of the immune system. Although the CDC site downplays the exposure and danger of formaldehyde, the National Cancer Institute identifies it as ‘known human carcinogen’. Formaldehyde, besides being a preservative for lab specimens, can cause watery eyes, burning sensations in the eyes and throat, nausea, difficulty in breathing and asthma attacks. The chemical is categorized as a hazardous chemical on eight federal regulatory lists. With the current vaccine children receive more than ten times the recommended safe amounts. Vaccines containing formaldehyde include DTaP, polio, and influenza.

MSG is another common additive. MSG is added to ’stabilize’ the vaccines. MSG is often used as a flavor enhancer, yet in some populations, the substance agitates the neural system.

Egg proteins are also contained in some vaccines. Although government sites downplay the the potential reaction, people who are allergic to egg proteins may react to these substances.

Another type of additive in many vaccines are adjuvats. These are chemical substances used to enhance the potency of the vaccine chemicals. Variations of aluminum salts are often used in human based vaccines. At times, oil based adjuvats are included in vaccines. One of the controversial ones is squalene. Squalene triggers a strong auto-immune response to antibodies. Squalene is controversial in many circles. According to the CDC, no vaccines produced in the US contain squalene.

“There is no squalene in any FDA-approved vaccine in the US. There is no squalene in any kind of seasonal flu vaccine or in the H1N1 vaccine.”-Patricia El-Hinnawy

This is in contradiction to the statements of vaccine manufacturers. One spokesmen at GlaxoSmithKline, claims that its vaccines do have squalene.

“A novel feature of the two H1N1 vaccines being developed by companies Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline is the addition of squalene-containing adjuvants to boost immunogenicity and dramatically reduce the amount of viral antigen needed. This translates to much faster production of desired vaccine quantities.”-Meryl Nass, MD

With all the controversy, it behooves parents to consider the old Latin phrase, “Let the buyer beware”. You will need to investigate matters yourself and find medical information you trust.
Follow the Money

The sales figures for preventative vaccines in 2007 amounted to $16.3 billion. This is an crease from the $11.7 billion generated in 2006. Since many vaccines are mandated by governments, the likelihood of the sales declining is low. The portion of these numbers that were for pediatric vaccines was $8 billion.

Today, many websites are going dark in protest of the heavy-handed legislation currently being considered by the CON-gress. What many of these sites have not told you is that the DNC (Democratic National Committee) chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz is one of the co-sponsors of this act. The original author of the bill, Texas Congressman Lamar Smith has reportedly claimed that he sees little wrong with the bill. The author’s rarely see the problems or potential problems. The real danger is how the regime and judges will define the bill, not so much what the author intended.

We oppose the unconstitutional constraints on freedom of speech and commerce posed by SOPA. This act, like many others such as the NDAA are unwarranted and egregious overstepping of Constitutional authority by Congress. It contains provisions, like section 105 that allow the government to seize sites that in their determination pose a threat to public health. With the passage of such an act, many alternative health sites and people who have opinions contrary to the government policy on health, they are at risk of being shut down. Yes, this means information on vitamins, vaccinations, and agrarian living (including the freedom to have raw milk, raw milk cheese and other healthy items deemed ‘dangerous’ by thte government) would be in the cross-hairs of government agents. Such acts are common in police states where they want ‘centralized control’ over many if not all aspects of people’s lives.

Some surprising line-ups occurred in opposition to SOPA. This is one of the few times that Ron Paul and Lloyd Doggett have agreed in their opposition to SOPA. This is a bad bill and needs to be opposed on many grounds.

A referendum on Scottish Independence is tentatively scheduled for 2014. Already debates are beginning over what is legal and not legal regarding the voting. The Scots are wanting those living overseas to have their votes counted. If such a referendum happened regarding Texas independence, I am sure that the DOJ (especially under the current regime) would attempt finding every excuse possible to delay or water down the election results.

Common sense dictates that free people should be allowed to vote on whether on not to have their freedom. The Scottish referendum gives us hope, that after those many years under the English yoke, they finally are allowed a vote. Let us hope that after the many years we have been under the Yankee yoke that we will be allowed such a referendum as well. When you can not vote and do not have a say, you are not truly free. For years I was told, “America is the freest nation on earth”. For many years I believed it, although when other nations are allowed to vote and declare their independence and we are not, such actions speak loudly. It is also disturbing when you realize that the vote to join the Union along with the vote approving the re-admission into the union were both rigged and illegal. In 1845, there were thousands of US troops on Texas soil. It was not a free vote. Toward the end of reconstruction, when another vote was taken, many of the former leaders were not allowed to vote. Sure, there were elections, but only those approved of by the military establishment were allowed to remain in office. It is not a legal election when voters have been illegally disenfranchised from voting. The Congress forced Texas to abide by Un-Constitutional policies they implemented as part of ‘military occupation’. That is not freedom, that is not a free vote.

Let us hope that the English overlords allow a fair and free election, and that someday well will have one too.

Jesse Jackson has opened his mouth about Texas. It seems that each time he opens his mouth, he spews forth more lies and hypocrisy. Although he may be read, he is not knowledgeable about Texas and its history. He likens voter ID to removing occupational troops from the south and focused on Texas. Bear in mind that Yankee occupation lasted longer in Texas than any other Sovereign State. Bear in mind that those occupational troops shot alligators for fun, burned down the Tremont Hotel in Galveston, destroyed half of Brenham, and killed numerous people in cold blood just for fun. In Gonzales, Texas they used the postal stage for target practice as it entered and left town.

In terms of decency we needed the federal troops removed much sooner to protect property and lives. More property and lives were lost with federal troops in Texas than without. We had 50,000 occupational troops compared to 5,000 Union troops before the war. The 1,000% increase was unnecessary and uncalled for. Since Jackson has made the comparison, we do not need to eliminate voter ID either. Voter ID is merely a way to reduce voter fraud. It hold people accountable. Texas has already seen voter fraud in many elections, including the controversy with Ciro Rodriguez, and Sheila Jackson Lee. With voter fraud already running rampant in campaigns involving demokrats, it only makes sense to take steps at reducing the possibility of fraud in the 2012 election, (although fraud is the only way the demok-rats will win).

The founding fathers intentionally made the federal level of government slow and inefficient. It was meant to be cumbersome and SLOW. It was intended to be awkward and limited. When the regime takes action to make it more efficient, it is a danger to the people. You may ask “How is that?”. It is a danger in that more efficient government and less red tape means that it is unrestrained in the exercise of its power.

In the latest installment of the empire expending its power by gaining efficiency, the current regime is attempting to consolidate more power. The only bright spot is that it is blaming Nixon for the current inefficiency. The mantra of the left back in the seventies was “Nixon is the One”, it seems that they still believe that. This is typical of the current demuplocian regime. Their favorite ploy is blaming others for messes rather than assume responsibility. This is a ploy of many “What’s in it for us?” who want a government big enough to provide for them rather than a government that protects the borders and functions within Constitutional limits. Remember that the bill of rights gave LIMITED power to the federal government and the rest was given to either the States or the People?

Instead of more efficient government, we need a government that obeys the Constitution. We need a government that operates withing the limits that were originally placed upon it. We need a government that obeys rather than circumvents the law.

The South has long stood for LIMITED government with LIMITED powers. Rather than a large central government with unlimited powers and centralized control which has been favored by liberals. Consider this, had the north stayed within its Constitutional limits, Lincoln would not have been able to fight his war. The Congress knows this. That is why they have operated “Sine die” since the war. They know that they have not been operating legitimately since 1861!

Have dead voters migrated from Texas to New Hampshire? Have the dead voiced their support for Romney? The weird thing is that usually dead people vote for democratic candidates.

The Real Domestic Terrorists
Dr. Michael Hill - LS President

Dr. Michael Hill - LS President Those who support States rights, constitutional government, and the right of secession are now commonly called by the ruling elite right-wing extremists and potential domestic terrorists. We traditional Southerners are indeed familiar with this game. Had the term been around then, our ancestors - from Washington and Jefferson to Lee and Davis - would have been called domestic terrorists by the Brits and Yankees, respectively. As it was, they were simply called “traitors.” We reject the use of both terms for ourselves and for our forebears. Instead, we can make a good case that the real threats to domestic peace and quiet are on the other side. And yet we continue to pay them tribute and allow them to rule over us.

Who They Are?

The real domestic terrorists were (and are) those who oppose ordered Christian liberty and the worldview which upholds it. Indeed, Abe Lincoln and his minions have sired a long line of domestic terrorists, including most recently George W. Bush and Barack Hussein Obama (and all who aid them in their misrule). We might throw the larger part of Congress into the mix as well.

Most of what the U.S. government does is beyond the bounds of its constitutional limitations. That makes it unlawful. That which is unlawful ultimately terrorizes society. Jefferson told us that the fundamental law of the land should be viewed as chains to bind a singularly dangerous beast (the general government). For a while the beast was successfully bound; however, he slipped his chains for good in 1865 and our republic of republics was lost. Today, we live under a strange combination of socialism and fascism that would surely please a Hitler, Stalin, Lenin, or Mao as much as it would disgust our Founders.

How we came to this point is fairly clear - there was a slow and steady revolution, and most Americans were asleep while it patiently worked its way through virtually every institution in the land. Some of our fellow subjects still don’t realize what has transpired. But they soon will.

Things were bad under Bush II. But because he and the GOP masqueraded as “conservatives,” most Americans thought all was well. But as a famous Alabamian once said, there’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the two major political parties. And he was right. Bush I or Clinton; Bush II or Obama - the rhetoric may differ but the results are still the same: bigger, more intrusive, and lawless central government and less liberty and prosperity for the rest of us. Now, what little we have left in terms of liberty and property is being taken from us openly without any meaningful resistance on our part.

An Organized Criminal Enterprise

That the U.S. government is an organized criminal enterprise cannot be doubted by anyone who has kept abreast of the on-going, broad-open-daylight effort to loot the country’s wealth. The multiple trillion dollars’ worth of bailouts and related schemes have enriched even further the Money Men who pull the strings that animate the politicians, and the fleecing shows no sign of abatement. In case you’re wondering why this is being allowed to happen, remember this - your Congressmen and Senators don’t work for you; rather, they work for those who fill their campaign coffers and make election and re-election possible. They work for the Money Men, and the Money Men own “your” government lock, stock, and barrel. And they are about to own everything else . . . unless they are stopped.

Don’t expect an appeal to the Constitution or to common decency to stop the criminal class from further terrorizing the country. Of the latter, they have none. And to them, the former is but a mere scrap of parchment. In fact, wasn’t it George W. Bush who called it just a “G-d damned piece of paper?” Well, in a way he was right (but for the wrong reason, of course). The great Southern political philosopher John C. Calhoun also noted that the Constitution was but an inanimate object, incapable of enforcing itself. Rather, he said, it is up to the people, in their capacity as citizens of the several sovereign States, to make sure it is enforced. He also told us: “Only power can check power.”

So, in reality, we are in the mess we’re in because we have not done our job of keeping the singularly dangerous beast chained down. It has broken free and become our master and we its servants. In the process it has become exceedingly powerful as well. It holds us in the balance of life and death, or so it seems.

Mounting The Resistance

Any form of tyranny deserves a hard resistance. The current crop of domestic terrorists will not stop looting our wealth and our inheritance of liberty until we make them stop. It’s as simple as that. We Southerners ought to be the first to resist; such audacity is in our blood. But what can we do in the face of such irresistible power? First, we can psychologically withdraw our consent from the criminal class that rules over us. Our system is supposedly based on the “consent of the governed.” If you believe it still is, then withdraw your consent. Not even the hardest tyranny can exist without the support of the “drawers of water and hewers of wood” (to use an old Irish example). Once we withdraw our consent psychologically, then we can begin to withdraw it physically. Simply put, don’t work for them in any capacity and don’t give them anything you can keep out of their thieving hands. Don’t patronize their institutions. Don’t vote for anyone who runs in their pack. Remember, they are robbing you (and your posterity) blind under color of law without fear of reprisal. Make them earn what they steal from you.

I have been asked by some: “How do we resist this criminal element when we have no way of getting at them?” That’s a logical question. After all, who is going to march into the bowels of DC or Wall Street and arrest the President, the Fed Chairman, the Treasury Secretary, the CEO of Goldman Sachs, or even your garden-variety Congressman or Senator? They live and work like royalty in veritable fortresses constructed and guarded with the money they’ve looted from you, the peasants. They’re also protected by “the law” (which they get to make and interpret), and if you break it they’ll lock you away or shoot you. So how do you stop this criminal element? While you may not be able to exert any direct influence on the big fish, you certainly can make life very uncomfortable for the smaller fish - the enforcers who do their dirty work on the State and local levels.

History is full of examples of how occupied peoples socially ostracized their occupiers. If your community has enforcers of the present tyranny, make sure everyone knows who they are and what they’re up to. Isolate them and give no voluntary cooperation. Our rights to life, liberty, and property come from God and not from any government. Behave as if you believe this. If they tell you it is illegal to grow your own food to feed yourself and your neighbors, then grow your own food in spite of them. This restriction is not as farfetched as you might think. If they tell you to turn in your firearms, hide them away. If they show up at your door to collect them, resist. The law of self-protection is fundamental and Biblical. If they tell you it is forbidden to worship the true and living God, then do it openly in the public square. If they come to take your children, then behave like a cornered animal. Under no circumstances should you voluntarily give up your God-given rights to tyrants. They are used to a soft and acquiescing populace. Surprise them. Again, make them pay a high price for what they steal.

Resistance From The States

If you want to defend your community from the domestic terrorists, first use the proper constitutional vehicle - your State. This is where ultimate temporal sovereignty resides in our system. Of course, most (if not all) of our State governments are in the hands of men who seek the favor of the criminal class, are a part of it (or at lease aspire to be), or are scared to challenge it. But it is a much easier task to take control of your State government than it is to affect policy in Washington, DC. If your State has already passed a Sovereignty Resolution or is considering one, you have some hope. Talk with your elected State and local officials about strengthening your State Militia or State Guard (and I’m not speaking here of the National Guard - that organization is subject to federalization. It is actually part of the U.S. Army). And if you’re so inclined, join up.

We can also use our counties as bulwarks against the criminal class. The County Sheriff is the principal peace officer in his jurisdiction. As such, he can lawfully tell the Feds to “Go to Hell” and stay out of his territory. He also can deputize as many of the county’s citizens as he wishes and have them armed to the teeth. No one can over-rule him within his boundaries. Make sure your current Sheriff knows his authority and to whom he answers (you and your neighbors). If he is unwilling to use his authority for the good of the people of his jurisdiction, replace him at the first opportunity.

I discourage the formation of private militias except as a last resort. If your State and local officials refuse to serve the citizens and to protect them by the historic means of Nullification, Interposition, or Secession, then you may have reached the “last resort.” In that case, you have no other alternative except to bow to the will of your masters. Every free man and woman should exercise their rights as expressed in the Second Amendment. Moreover, they should be prepared to defend themselves and their families from actions that jeopardize life, liberty, and property. When political alternatives are no longer available, this is how it boils down. Let’s hope we never reach this point.

All We Wish Is To Be Left Alone

We common Southerners (and most other Americans) prefer to be free to work, worship, and raise our children under the arrangement bequeathed us by our Founders. We do not wish to take that which is not ours or to deprive others of what is rightfully theirs. Nor do we wish to tell others how they ought to live. We are not driven by utopian ideologies or perverse fantasies. We do not wish to conquer the world and ride it, booted and spurred, to satisfy a lust for power and position. As Jefferson Davis said, all we wish is to be left alone. But we are not being left alone; on the contrary, we are being robbed blind by the biggest, most blatant and shameless heist in the history of the world. And not only is our wealth being taken, but our liberties as well. We are also being overrun by an alien population as a result of unlimited and illegal immigration from Latin America.

So, you tell me who are the domestic terrorists? Those who wish to live in peace according to the original American arrangement or those who seek its overthrow for their own greed and ambition?

That the criminal class that now runs America has tried to make us out to be the domestic terrorists ought to tell you something. They are projecting onto us the very characteristics they themselves possess. This dishonest process is called The Law of Preemptory Accusation - they hit you before you can hit them. If they’re thieves, they accuse you of theft; if they’re liars, they accuse you of lying. If they’re haters, they accuse you of hatred. You get the picture.

It is not too late for the domestic terrorists that control this regime (both Democrats and Republicans, Washington and Wall Street) to back off and behave as they should. In truth, I believe they should apologize for all their crimes, return all they have stolen (with penalties and interest attached), pledge henceforth to obey the true and fundamental law of the land, and lock themselves up for a long stint in prison. In short, I believe they ought to be our servants and us their masters. I also believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy.
